Replacement Teflon Sealing Bands For FR-900 & FRD-1000 (Sealing Belt Pictured Below)

Teflon bands are perhaps the most replaced part for continuous bag sealing machines. The bands get very hot and it is not uncommon for them to get dirty over time and not function over extended use. It's recommended to keep at least 5 extra sealing bands on hand at all times.

FR900 Teflon Belts measure approximately 14.75 inches (375mm) when laid flat doubled up. When cut and laid straight they measure approximately 29.5 inches (750mm). Belt width is 0.6 inches (15mm).

FRD1000 Teflon Belts measure approximately 14.75 inches (375mm) when laid flat doubled up. When cut and laid straight they measure approximately 29.5 inches (750mm). Belt width is 0.6 inches (15mm).

QLF-1680 Teflon Belts measure approximately 23.75 inches (600mm) when laid flat doubled up. When cut and laid straight they measure approximately 47.5 inches (1200mm). Belt width is 0.75 inches (20mm).
